Problem

The National Potato Promotion Fund (FNFP) and Fedepapa must increase per capita potato consumption in Colombian households during the 2020-2021 period.

Solution

Potatoes are so good that they become an adjective to exalt the human quality of people; the opportunity lies in including it consistently to strengthen the positive perception.

Results

Good projection for the potato market which increased 31% in per capita consumption. The cities that consumed the most potatoes in the country were: Bogotá with 54 kg/year, Medellín with 54.4 kg/year, and Manizales with 54 kg/year.
